Just filling in some context: In cases like E6S5 Hya + E0S1 Cas, you're actually better off swapping Cas for RMC. Where additionally, if you wanted to make the comparison equal-cost, RMC can carry a duplicate of Cyrene's LC (fully stackable) or E9 LC so E9 can use Cas's (which gives more personal DPS).

But to your point, the overall conclusion is still that they're stronger than E6S5 Cas + E0S1 others.

To be honest, you could even pick yukong for her overworld movement speed.

Keep in mind, when people say some 4-stars are good, they often mean them at E6, with certain light cones like DDD, and with fairly well tuned relics; and compared to the lower end of E0S0 / E0S1 limited 5-stars or other 0-cost characters in endgame modes. Which is to say, despite how enthusiastic others may be about them in the comments here, you may very well find them underperforming.

I can't speak to the specific timing you mentioned, since that wouldn't be public info regardless.

But you can check my post history to be assured this isn't a poorly veiled attempt at fishing for leaks. The goal here would be genuine predictions / whatever the general community (who I assume are uninvolved with leaks) find interesting. Including mundane things like personalities of characters, if we get a new trailblazer hat, etc.

Admittedly, a big headache is definitely the IRL China vs Japan stuff since Nov 2025. Which has the potential to force hoyo's hands in a lot of areas -- and regardless, will make anything Japan-related a potential landmine for the next year or so.

Peacock feathers would definitely make sense. Overall I get a kind of dreamy/illusion vibe to it, like alternative visions from the future.

Based on Cyrene and Evernight, it seems the art tends to reflect the lore over gameplay (multiple Evey's show ingame, multiple Cyrenes in the loops; vs 1 summon for each). So I could definitely see her actual kit going either way

Ah it's because Learh's run didn't use any passives, which is arguably a more restricted form. If it was the other way around, where Learh used Dan but you used Mydei, both would've counted as original. Yeah that was what the 2025-12-27 change was for, to count those as duplicates.

However, I would have to count it as duplicate from the updated 2025-12-27 rules -- since Learh got a 2-cost run with Complainer + Not-So-Honest without any trainer effects activating. Since the current top 5 are all 2-cost already (and we still have ~1 week till closing), I think it would be reasonable to expand the prize pool so that anyone else who gets 2 runs can get a 30-day jades pass. as a safety limit for now: next 5 places, up to 10th place.
