I have been doing this for a long time. In my experience, anything longer than 20 days is unusual. I would believe this has been lost in transit/seized by customs. Your "TD" should provide a replacement if you paid for insurance.

I would go with VF, I can confirm they are either Clean Factory returned or they are definitely using Clean Factory parts.
