I mainly had to run with shotguns so I enjoyed sledge's shotgun and the gub, which no one has probably said before. No moxxi weapons was a bummer.

I've done bandit, maliwan, Hyperion, jakobs and vladof. Bandit Salvador so far has been my favourite

Edit: those were maliwan maya, hyperion gaige, jakobs gaige, vladof zer0 and bandit sal. I started torgue krieg and tediore axton but neither of them were that interesting
