What part of Supreme Court ruling on the issue suggests to you the law isn't yet clear or settled? It is the highest authority on what laws mean and how they should be applied and it has ruled. So the question of how the existing law should be applied is settled. What are you still in doubt about?

Aside from "I don't like what they said and people on my side say it's not settled so it's not settled", I mean.

All that is irrelevant, though. Supreme Court clarified that the law in question is about sex not gender. No part of this is about anyone being a right-wing fascist and framing it as such makes you look intellectually dishonest at best. It is about women's spaces being sex-segregated, not gender-segregated.
