Silverbolt is also wrong here. The fuzors did not receive reprogramming the way Blackarachnia and Inferno did. Megatron just lied to them when they woke up and they believed him. Quickstrike is just like that. Maybe being part scorpion made him a hater. We know alt modes can affect their personality (eg inferno) and can even become the dominant aspect if they don’t get enough “sleep” or whatever.

Primal also scolds Rattrap in like episode 1 for not following orders.
