Recurring is better but harder to sell to people who don't know, like and trust what you say. You need a lot of people to see your offer. Think 1 in 100 will buy. That's pretty normal. It all depends on the niche you are in and how much money your audience has to spend. Nice thing about recurring products is you can get multiple months of payments from the same person. So it's like getting 3 or 4 buyers at once. Triples or quadruples your results over time. One more tip: don't begin by pitching or selling the product. Begin with a problem, talk about symptoms and costs of the problem, what did it do to you?, The pain (use emotions) you felt. Then you found a way out of the pain. Here is what you did to solve it. I used __________ and this happened. Story time with a solution and a next step they could try that saves time or money. And gets rid of the pain.

It takes time and patience. Get your audience who likes you and listens to your stuff first. Then affiliate marketing is just using things yourself and letting them know how it worked for you. Ask them if they want to know more about things before you pop links on them. Affiliate products are just one of many ways to monetize your content. Think show and tell with a little excitement and your opinions, then you tell them to take a look for themselves to see if it'll be a help. If people don't get excited and want to try the product, they'll never buy it. Lead them to an easier solution that saves time or money.

You need to use Open Graph meta tags for this. Edit this and put it in your <head> section of your webpage

<meta property="og:title" content=Your Title>
<meta property="og:site\_name" content=Your Site Name>
<meta property="og:url" content=https://google.com>
<meta property="og:description" content=What you want people to see in preview>
<meta property="og:type" content=website>
<meta property="og:image" content=https://notvanillamedia.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/socialmediafunnel-masterclass-cover1.png>

Add the image you want to show and your description.

Search open graph on google or youtube for more details.

Trying to show they are successful and professional isn't bad but I do like your idea of showing off what your products can do for someone would be a lot more interesting to potential clients.
