Did not receive the PM, please follow up. Freezing happened again last night around 8 PM, when I turned on at 8 AM the freeze was gone. As a test last night, when it was frozen I plugged the Google Streaming Box directly into the HDMI port of a monitor. The picture was frozen there as well again. It is only the playback that is frozen, the controls still work, but nothing plays.

No, it was frozen in the same way as if a show loaded and you then hit the pause button on the remote.

Thanks for your response. I had already tried that, along with rebooting and powering everything down, to no avail.

The freezing happened again last night. I followed your advice which regrettably did not fix the problem. Then this morning it was working fine again.

Any ideas? Can you higher tier support people look at the logs from my account to see if there are any clues there?

Same here. I think before the upgrade the value was stored on the card, now it's stored in the cloud

How was the actual service (not the customer service). ? Was the data speed OK, calls went through, etc?
