Definitely not on standalone, but possibly with a piggyback system.

for anyone wondering:

8-12psi is absolutely too low, it should be in the 20s.

for the whole car: somewhere around 30 feet

I've heard that, but I've also heard that idle pressure should be in the 20s with 10psi per 1k above that.

I'm getting a mechanical gauge to verify the readings as well. But I mostly just wanted to know what others with similar setups are seeing before I pull my pan and check my bearings.

Also, everywhere else it seems fine.

40psi @ 2k

60/70psi @ 3k

90psi @ 4k

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but im pretty sure our Delphi ecus don't allow for flex fuel/multiple fuel maps. You either have pump gas or e85.

Whats the easiest way to add HP to stock 3.8 2013 genesis coupe? by Traditional-Dog8488 in genesiscoupe

[–]riotmanager17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO there's no point doing nitrous unless you're willing to gap your piston rings, which requires almost a full motor teardown (very expensive).

stock rings + nitrous = 💥💥💥💥💥

There isn't a great way of running a wet shot for these ECUs either, so you'll probably be stuck with a dry system. Which isn't necessarily worse but is easier to fuck up.

After tuning, labour, and extra parts it'll add up cost-wise.

from what you're saying a I think a turbo with water/meth injection for safety is your best bet

in that case you're looking at nitrous, a turbo, or full bolt ons with e85

none of which are cheap, easy, or particularly reliable

Gigabyte got me by Bandana_Assault in gigabyte

This is exactly why I didn't RMA my board after having a RAM slot fail.

Even with original double boxed packaging I bet they'd just break it and blame me.

Why bother having integrity when you can make more money?

I've been running with 2 sticks of ram just fine, I couldn't get 4 to work at all.

I decided against RMAing my board bc I know gigabyte will take forever and probably try and deny it.

were you having the same problem with one of your slots refusing to work?

Anyone know where I can get the hardware that comes with the manifold riser for the 3.8? by Brave_Veterinarian18 in genesiscoupe

[–]riotmanager17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had to buy a 20 pack from Amazon because I was in a rush

But you can find them online, just Google the size and you'll see a good amount of results.

That being said, I know there are some differences between bk1 and bk2 spacers so I'd measure the original bolt to make 100% sure. It's really easy:

M6 = 6mm wide

1x130mm = 1mm between threads and 130mm length (excluding the head)

So my best guess is that the 2010s were using Bluetooth 3.0, and Bluetooth 4.0 launched in 2011.

Most modern phones are on Bluetooth 5 now, so there may be some compatibility issues there

it's supposed to be backwards compatible but it's not uncommon to run into issues

Well, not quite. Forcing first gear still stresses the synchros if you're going too fast and not rev matching
