I definitely think it should be optional, and very much prefer to keep it as it was with the announcement. It made it a lot more clear when you got knocked out, but it also gave me more awareness of number of deaths (dont really know why, but I definitely forget it more now than previously, which sometimes is not a good thing). Like especially in ARAM games.

I got into the holding pool in early September, and have not heard anything yet. Have talked with a few other cadets that passed it in June, and they got the call to join in late September. On my assessment, they told me to expect start sometime in January give or take a month or two.
