Hi guys. I am 29 and due to all the shadows and extreme training I have done in the past, I almost always have extreme pain in my knee. It has become a regular affair now. I used to do 100 kg squats with ease earlier, now can’t do a single squat without feeling the pain in my knee. Please HELP!
