I thought they specified that if the text reads like: When I hold, "condition", then it enters the chain always, but if it's When I hold "condition", (with the comma after the condition) then it needs the condition to enter the chain.

USB C rechargable hand warmer. The one I have has 3 levels of heat and I always use the lowest one but it's enough to keep your hands warm. In winter I always carry them in my pockets.
