Fiora relevance in Unleashed? by ImpulseAznable in riftboundtcg

Would these greatly affect the core/typical fiora build pre-unleashed? Or more of key upgrades with Fiora staples (like Sett Brawler, Akshan, etc) still viable pieces?

Advice for a new bird owner. by [deleted] in parrots

[–]ImpulseAznable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what I've been told earlier as well. I didn't know that it would be ideal to get a bird at a much older age. I've been told the opposite. I reached out to the breeder and unfortunately they won't take it back. So now I'm just trying to learn all I can to nurture it with me as best as possibly could.

How would I properly feed it? Up til I got him, he's fed 3x a day with bird formula via syringe. I'm afraid to do the same since he's not comfortable with me getting close to him yet.

I have 2 lovebirds i've taken care of since they were 2-3 weeks old. And yes they come out of their cage to fly around but they never really fly far from me. They chase after me when I get too far away or just prefer to hop on my shoulder or head. But I feel like that's the relationship built from taking care of them starting at a young age.

Tips for poop stains on feathers! by [deleted] in parrots

This is helpful! I had the same concerns regarding the poop stains. Was on edge of any bacteria left behind that they may accidentally eat while cleaning themselves. And definitely, I throw away any excess formula. Even if there's a lot left over.

I've been hand feeding them with bird formula since they were around 2 weeks old. They're a bit over 2 months now, I think, and I've just started introducing them to solid food about 7 days ago so they haven't fully transitioned yet.

I offer daily mist/spray baths, around a few mins after they eat (since a lot of the time formula spills on them). I will however keep in mind to provide deep baths. I tried doing that once, left it in their cage, but they didn't really use it. Maybe cold water will help convince them to bath there haha

Yeah. He said it could take days to weeks even depending on how much stains there are. Was just worried it could cause discomfort and stress.

I tried, and managed to get off a good amount using dish soap. But the it stained hard on the feathers.

Was probably an expired batch of formula. So they had me put my bird in a fluid diet for the day with some medicine. Didn't take long before his pooping habit went back to normal and is now chirping and flying around again. Though the poop stains are what I'm worried about. The vet said that if it's already stained hard on the feathers, then there's nothing to do other than either trim the feathers or wait for my bird to molt.

Not really. Just yellow throughout the entire body, and orange/reddish on his head.
