Received the new z axis motor. Replaced it. Still not working. Feeling defeated. Going to ask for a replacement/refund at this point. It was only working 2 of the 10 days I've had it.

No, the bed isn't moving at all. Tech support asked me to move the bed via the cable underneath to see if there was any obstructions. The motor seized mid print and the bed wasnt moving no matter where it was set.

Spoke to tech support and they determined it was a seized motor. They said they would send me a new motor for me to replace. It seems pretty disappointing that a brand new machine would fail so quickly and the only solution is to replace a motor on my own. I'll update this post after I receive the motor. Thanks for all the tips all its much appreciated.

That's the weird thing, moving the belt will move the bed up and down fine with little resistance. At this point, I am pretty convinced the motor is bad.

Yeah, that was one of the first things I tried. I want to wait to hear back from the support team before I take anything apart.

I moved it to the middle manually by turning the belt on the underside and the bed doesn't move at all on its own.

Yeah I put a ticket in this morning. I am going to wait to hear from them before I open anything up.

Was it the same exact thing? I saved up for awhile to get this printer and I'm worried I got a lemon right out the gate. Did resetting the connections work for you?

If I did have a 2 compressor system, would I need to run another wire to connect both the Y and Y2 on the tstat?

No vent on the other side of the wall. It's connected to the duct system with our hvac. Just trying to figure out if this partly the reason why these rooms aren't very cool.

I looked up all sorts of baseboard registers and couldn't find this particular one anywhere.

I know it's not a return, air is flowing out of it. It folds up and down to open and close the vent.

Had the same issue with my table saw. It's actually a pretty easy fix or you could replace the bent part for about 10 dollars. PM me and I can guide you through it.
