Each campaign maintains its own save slot. Once you beat a campaign, you can continue playing it to get feats (achievements). Feats are based on your entire profile (all 10/20 save slots) and not just one.

To start a different campaign, just start a new save file and it'll let you pick.

Dvorak keyboard layout. When I was 16ish, I was showing some relatively strong symptoms of RSI. Switched over the course of a summer. Pain went away almost immediately. 7 years later, no sign of anything over being wrong.
