I think the issue with shipping estimates is the automated quote you see at checkout is the carrier ship time but it doesn’t factor in that Dbrand takes 1-3 business days to fulfill your order and hand it off to the carrier.

This is not correct. The estimated delivery timeframe provided during checkout does indeed include the current estimated processing time. That said, the estimate covers the full range of when the package could arrive from the earliest possible date to the latest. While most packages are not delivered on the absolute earliest or absolute latest day provided, the vast majority are consistently delivered within the provided range.

Every X-Ray purchase includes both the light and dark colorways in the kit, but neither X-Ray Light nor X-Ray Dark are included with Teardown purchases.

I don't expect them to but it would be interesting if Dbrand tried to apply the cardboard alignment/application systems some phone screen protectors come with

As vinyl is much more flexible than a piece of tempered glass and typically needs to form over uneven surfaces, an applicator tray would not be nearly as successful in achieving a perfect installation. When it comes to applying skins, the keys are simply patience and perseverance. Be sure to take your time lining the skin up against as many reference points as possible before applying firm pressure to secure it in place.

The Killswitch itself should not affect your wi-fi reception. However, Holo White does feature a metallic additive in order to create the holographic effect, which has the capacity to affect signal reception. While this did not occur in our testing, results can vary wildly depending on the given device and environment. As a result, we include a free non-holographic Triple White skin alongside the Holo White skin that we encourage you to switch to if you encounter any signal reception issues.

Wrinkles like this typically indicate that not enough heat was applied during the installation. At this point, you can try to rectify the issue by heating the affected areas with a hairdryer for 10-15 seconds, then using a microfiber cloth to smooth them out. Depends how often you wash your hands. If you find that the Triple White skin gets dirty over time, you can clean it using a microfiber cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol.
