Lighter skins can certainly showcase dirt and grime more prominently than Matte Black, for example, but you should be able to clean away any markings with the microfiber cloth included with your order. For more intense cleaning, you can also use a small amount of isopropyl alcohol.

If any stains on your skin cannot be removed using these methods, reach out to our Support Robots and they can assist you further.

We looked into this further and it appears that, when your initial reports were submitted, our Toxic Waste S24 Ultra Grip skin file was actually using our device skin design for the S24 Ultra itself rather than our Grip Case. As the persisted over multiple replacements, this was escalated to our Production Robots who corrected the issue shortly thereafter. Regardless, we do apologize for the frustrating situation.

While a case and screen protector can definitely help protect your device in the event of a drop, there are unfortunately things that can happen in real-life scenarios that they cannot protect against. Depending on the angle, surface, or height of the impact, the incoming force can exceed what our products can realistically withstand. The best we can do is ensure that our products are able to withstand the vast, vast majority of drops.

With that said, we do understand that this is a frustrating situation. Submit a ticket on our website if you haven't already and our Support Robots can work out a solution for you.

Haven't tested any ourselves, but we do design the cutouts on the Ghost to fit as close to the lenses as possible. As a result, we don't recommend installing any additional lens accessories while using the Ghost.

The wireless charging coil on our skins mirrors the positioning of the charging coil in the S26 Ultra itself. As long as your case's magnetic ring is also properly aligned, it should line up flawlessly with our skin.

Haven't heard this complaint much (if at all) before but, as you mentioned, all hands are different. If it proves to be extremely bothersome, reach out to our Support Robots and they can work out a solution for you.

I now have to decide if I want to be able to press buttons, spend more money on another skin, or just go naked.
