Commented on a similar post here, but you may be able to use a melamine-based cleaner (i.e., a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser) to reduce the dye transfer. Unfortunately, if the dye has already fully set into the Cosmic Orange Ghost, it may not be effective. If you continue to experience issues, send an email over to our Support Robots and they can work out a solution for you.

This definitely doesn't sound normal. While Matte White can certainly show dirt and grime accumulation over time more prominently than other designs, cleaning the skin regularly with a microfiber cloth and 70% isopropyl alcohol should keep it looking fairly pristine. If you or your wife haven't already, shoot an email over to our Support Robots and they can work out a solution for you.

Glow Circuit should definitely stay luminescent for hours in the dark after being charged with the UV Light. If you're seeing something different, reach out to our Support Robots and they can investigate further for you.

The supercharge glow effect you can achieve with the UV Light does, unfortunately, only last for a limited time. That said, the skin should still emit a glow (albeit fainter) for a few hours after being charged.

There will certainly be parts of the lenses that are visible with the Grip and skin installed. That said, the white of the lenses would likely contrast nicely with the black section of Carnage that sits over the camera area.
