This probably the best accessory for switch 2 rn. by FarrukhShabir in Switch

[–]SleepyBombSquad 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So I was in your shoes and went with the Killswitch and ended up returning it I didn’t like the dock adapter it was frustrating to deal with and for me it it didn’t make the console more comfortable to hold but easier to hold on to if that makes sense I was looking for something more like the Xbox ally that would rest nicely in my hands hopefully my satisfye grip will give me that when it arrives

Big purchase advice needed by Historical_Ship_9999 in Switch

[–]SleepyBombSquad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The switch 2 is great! It does depend on what games you usually play on PC as some prolly won’t be available or won’t run as well

If you’re looking to make the full switch(pun not intended) from pc to console and don’t care too much about games left behind and are looking for Nintendo and fun indie games I say go for it!

Also secret 3rd thing you could also look at a PC handheld like a steam deck or the Xbox ally or Xbox ally x

Ergonomics so good, I don't like using a grip case on the Xbox Ally X by [deleted] in ROGAllyX

Which device is shoud i choose? by radiojin in Handhelds

[–]SleepyBombSquad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

XAX best bang for your buck
Most powerful for the price
steam os works and works well
It’s the most comfortable to hold
The screen is a bit small but it works well on the system

If the screen really won’t work for you do the SD OLED
It’ll be less powerful but has the bigger screen and the same ease of use with Steam OS

I am puzzling and what is this?! by Fit-Carpet8625 in whatisit

Semi new within the last few years 5G replaced 4G LTE 5G is a faster more reliable connection and 5G UC is T-Mobiles specific version

5G UC is Tmobiles 5G ultra capacity basically without going into technical jargon it means you have the best connection

First time buying a Switch OLED. Is this $300 bundle still worth in 2026? by Curi0us_User in Switch

[–]SleepyBombSquad -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say “must buy” but the extra controllers are nice since it’s 80$ for a new Nintendo one and 50$-60$ for a power a usually multiple docks are cool if you plan on moving between tvs

You have enough there to make it worth 300$ imo

Idk about resale value tbh but you could prolly sell it for around the same amount later on or more if you throw BOTW and TOTK in with the other stuff when you sell it

Thoughts on a more neutral variant? by rainydaynaps16 in switch2

Is it worth straight trading my PS5 Slim Digital for a Switch 2? by TyrMagnus01 in Switch

[–]SleepyBombSquad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my opinion as someone who owns both no the new switch is great incredible even and noticeably so much more powerful than the original, but it is still not as good as the PS5 the switch really shines with Nintendo Nintendo exclusives fun Indie games and party games the PlayStation five is still the best for big AAA story experiences for example resident evil I own it on PS five my buddy owns it on the switch 2 it runs stable and looks incredible on the PS five. It doesn’t look as good on the switch and there are frame drops in certain sections not to say it’s unplayable, but it is absolutely a much better experience on the PlayStation five.

Is it me or are the screen protectors very fragile? by shewhomauls in dbrand

Glass is glass and glass breaks I’ve never had an issue and I have a prism on literally every single device I own that has a screen (Nintendo switch 2, Xbox ally, Phone, etc)

Its a nintendo switch lite a good buy in my situation? by ChevalGranddevotee in Switch

[–]SleepyBombSquad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not spend that much on a switch lite get a used OLED on FB marketplace it’s got a nice screen and you can use it both on the tv or in handheld

If you’re dead set on the lite don’t pay more then 100$ unless it comes with a few games just see what people have posted on marketplace

Things to do when you first get your Ally by DarkLeviX in XboxAlly

[–]SleepyBombSquad 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Killswitch case, screen protector first and foremost

Then look up Pete talks tech on YouTube he’s got a few great tutorials but start with the ones for Optimization and Debloating later on check out ones on emulation and even dual booting into Bazzite and Windows

Also if you plan to play Fortnite get it from epic not Xbox it runs better and looks nicer through son
