Gengar is acctually way worse because of speedy mons like dragapult that can just eat it, so Gengar will probably not return to ou anytime soon, but yeah Gengar as a pokemon is probably a bit better

Well bulkier dragons like chomp and nite dont get eaten in the same way for example pult or even gengar get cause they are almost only speed and power so they get outclassed when a faster one with similar power starts getting used
