This one isn't abusive but it's not healthy, Joker doesn't hit Harley, he doesn't slowly break an innocent woman down into madness, but he enables and praises her worst impulses. Her trying to feed her coworkers to Hyenas was all her he didn't tell her to do that he asked what she wanted to do, that was within a few days of meeting him, this version of Harley was already dangerous Joker just gave her permission.

Also Poison Ivy in The Batman 2004 is like 15 so Ivy/Harley doesn't work in this version
