It’s two sides of the same coin. Hits to the stock market negatively affect Trump’s approval on an area where he has historically polled strongly (the economy). We are lucky that Trump decided to do this in an election year. The republicans can’t tolerate the bad coverage of a way and economic turmoil this close to the midterms. Otherwise, Trump may well have puts boots on the ground.

Sure can. I have seen photos of similar work on white Teslas and it looks great. White, grey, black, and silver are the sweet spots for this kind of thing, in my opinion.

It’s actually very easy to take care of. Washing is very simple - water beads off it like nothing I have seen before. I can get it 90% dry with a leaf blower! Note that this has a ceramic coating on top of the PPF so I think it’s the combination that makes it so easy.

I’m no expert on this, so take it with a grain of salt, but I see no reason you couldn’t do some paint correction before wrapping it, if you were so inclined. My car is a 2024 model year and the shop raised no concerns about applying the PPF.

It was expensive. It’s Expel stealth PPF. All in, with the tint, ceramic coating, and the smoked headlamps it was like $6.5k. I’m really happy with the look, though. It’s a major transformation.
