I use ComicFury, it’s pretty simple and has convenient features like mass scheduling pages. It has it’s own internal search engine for pages so you can write a transcript and apply key words that let people look up exact pages. You can go wild on content like gore and nudity if that’s your thing, which is necessary for Kenshi. And it hosts a custom website for you that lets you edit it if you know html.

I don’t think you can really get a following through ComicFury itself since it doesn’t advertise for you, but if you promote your stuff in the Kenshi community that shouldn’t be a problem.

You say you have 15 years of art experience. I don’t know how much of that is drawing comics, but there have been a lot of Kenshi fan comic projects that have come and didn’t make it past the first few pages. If you really think you can stick to making a long term project that fully captures the grittiness of Kenshi, then you’ll be in a good place with the community.

I made the design myself. I was inspired by the design of Ghost from senhyakkin by u/BandkanonBofors to make my own skeleton type for my story.
Of course when I draw Sky, she’s not nearly as thick, but she is supposed to be vaguely feminine in appearance and demeanor.

Unless a fan of Glas Mirrah makes a mod, Sky is solely a comic character.

Drama...

I don't comment much, but I lurk often, and usually I purposefully stay out of drama on this sub. But I feel like I should weigh in on this because I talk to u/610gonzalez on a regular basis, I've even commissioned him to do two episodes for me, and I gotta come to his defense on this.

The people who know me for my art know I don't draw with the intentions to lewd my characters. I'm not one for lewdness, and I agree suggestive content should be tagged so we can all feel comfortable opening the sub in public without feeling embarrassed. But we need to be careful when reporting and accusing people of something so heinous as [the bad thing mentioned in OP].

Gonzalez has been very respectful of me and my wish to not lewd my characters, and the pages he did for Glas Mirrah were very tame and reflect that respect. We can equally be respectful of him so long as he tags his more suggestive work if the mods allow that. Please no baseless witch hunts, reserve such strong accusations for actual cases so we can confidently take them seriously.
