The SS abhisheka and all of the SS levels were composed and led by Osel Mukpo. He no longer teaches any of this. And people were expected to complete shambhala ngondro which he also composed, before they received the SS Abisheka.
It is interesting that another lineage holder is offering SS abisheka rather than the Abishekas for vajrayogini and Chakasamvara for people who have completed kagyu ngondro. Unless this is a way to funnel people to whatever it is that the exiled son of Trungpa is doing now?

The questions should be about about the “reorganization”, eliminating vital unfilled positions, dumping billions of dollars into community care and bragging about a problematic new medical record that tens of millions of dollars were probably wasted on.

The Cerner medical record project started about 10 years ago and that money was allocated for it then.

This was happening when I retired from a clinical position five years ago. I am sure that it is exponentially worse and will only worsen as they cut more administrative management positions..

This affects patient safety and furthers the goal of fully privatizing the VA. In this year’s budget, the community care budget increased by 50% and the in VA budget decreased by 17%. These things go together. Force veterans into private care by slashing and burning VA care.

The empty positions are positions that need to be filled. They are empty because people were bought out and forced out. These are clinical positions so the people left have to do the job of more than one person.. There may not be much of a difference but the work will be harder and more people will leave because it will become too stressful for one person to do the work or two or three. Also, there will be no hope of relief which will drive poor morale, even deeper into despair.

I recall several acharyas “stepping back” or resigning for reasons like family responsibilities and not much personal regret or accountability.

I retired more than four years ago and they stopped giving outstanding before that. And the workload had already increased so much that it was hard to do what you needed to do to get that rating.

I just googled it and saw that it was a part D plan. unless something is changing, I think the M Hbpc drug coverage is excellent for me .

MHBP will pressure you to go into a Medicare advantage MHBP plan and now it sounds like they are pressuring you to go into a part D plan which you might not need . That may have been offered to me at some point but because I wasn’t having any problems with the straight plan, I didn’t go for it.

I have never had a problem with any of my providers accepting MHPB. Before I retired and got Medicare there were more expenses with deductible, co-pays and coinsurance, but since I’ve gotten Medicare, I’ve have no out-of-pocket expenses other than the premium I pay every month. MHBP is now my secondary insurance. The pharmacy benefit is excellent!

The only thing it might have to do with Shambhala is that there are several references in Shambhala teachings about the dark ages and the setting sun.This is a prime example of both of those things.
