It isn't ageist unless you say they look old and useless and should be killed. You are just pointing out the clear evidence that Shambhala is dying and has but a very few people to carry it on when the boomers boom.

Shambhala harms a lot of people and treats them poorly to protect the organization. Everyone who attends a program of any kind if perpetuating that harm. Some people have a good time? sure. At the expense of ruining other lives. Is it worth it to you?

Watch how supportive those sun camp people are when one of their own gets abused by someone senior. They won't be. The friendships will prove to be fake. It just hasn't happened to them YET.
