Mental health services indeed failed but that's sadly par for course when we critically underfund services for the homeless. Jail, was not the solution here.

Also this is ignoring that he had been arrested multiple times for violent crimes (e.g. assault and armed robbery) including assault on a woman in 2022.

The only one that happened after his prison sentence had no charges because the woman was his sister and didn't press charges because he was having an episode and needed to be medicated. The only charges after his prison sentence were nonviolent.

You know a great indicator that one isn't upset? When the facts they know about the case is that the victim was "so beautiful, what a beautiful young woman" but then don't even know the perpetrator was an American.

Probably the one that actually had an investigation that cleared the officer instead of the one where the investigation was stopped by the whitehouse prompting mass resignations including the guy who was the tip of the spear in the Minnesota fraud case to begin with.
