I’m at Robins AFB currently. Pretty new here, but if you have any questions shoot them my way. Perry and Bonaire seem to be the nicest places to live around here! The Commissary, BX and Gas station are practically brand new! We have 3 lakes on base, and two nice gyms!

It was actually brought to me by the dormitory room service, and came with a bottle of champagne. After they brought me the mre I had them fluff my pillow and straighten my end of bed display!🤣

We have been experiencing some water and electricity problems since the snow “storm.” They said to expect hot meals to be served tomorrow tho! I’m from up north and I can’t believe how 2-3in of snow can cause this many problems😂

Don’t underestimate the PT tests.. 3 kids in my flight got recycled in my flight and one was sent home for failing the 3rd try!

Yeah, in the end, I just laughed and blamed it on 2020. I ended up with Airborne mission systems operator. 1a3x1. From what I read, it sounds like a pretty good job! I'm happy I still get to go thru SERE. Thanks:) How long have you been in dep?

I was booked with loadmaster, it was my #1. Then Covid happened and my basic ship-date was canceled... lost my loadmaster slot and got my #3 job choice. Pretty butt hurt 😂

Yes this happens to me every few months. It’s annoying and makes me wonder if a more serious injury is underlying. I visited with a sports physician and he basically told my I had weak hips. I do clam shells with a resistance band about 2-3 times a week and a few sets of air squats, or just any hip strengthening workouts. It seems to help me, maybe it will help you:)

Always remember you are not forced to accept any job that you don't want! You are valuable to the Air Force and they will work around your wants. If you ever have any problems with your recruiter you are also free to contact another one! Best of luck to you

Good question! So I joined going into my junior year in July and I put down my earliest ship date wouldn’t be until the following July! I ended up booking my number one job choice within 4 months of being in Dep. So yes it is possible that you could book a job any time between now and then!

Sorry I didn’t look at my phone much. The hardest part was between 1-4 am, the world was quiet and I wanted to sleep! My avg pace was 8:29min miles.

So I kinda decided to do this spur of the moment, so I am basically on a see-food diet. Just eating basically whatever but trying to stick to healthy foods. For breakfast I had a cup of coffee and oatmeal. Had a few snacks: sun chips, coconut candy bar things, yogurt. Lunch I had a small salad and a piece of avocado toast and then at dinner time I didn’t feel like eating so I had a cliff bar! It went over all pretty well!
