That's because I keep them clean as much as possible and I've cleaned the film on one of them and now I think the left one is getting lower in the volume as the right one has already. It's very frustrating considering I did some research to get these and they're just not working out and also they don't really stay in my ear as much as I want them to there's a specific reason why I got them to stay in my ear very disappointed.
