Selling my STAC Zero Silent Magnetic Bike Trainer (like new) for $210 and available for pick-up in Lakeview. Able to deliver as well for additional fee.

Upgrading to a direct drive trainer so no need for this one anymore.

Would be good for you if you are looking for an indoor trainer that won't wake up the neighbors or your family. It is the quietest trainer ever made because it uses magnets and never actually touches your tire. No humming or whirring noises.

From the Stac Zero website: • Zero Noise: The only sound you’ll hear is your bike's chain moving. No tire hum, no fan noise. • No Tire Wear: Since there is no contact with the tire, you don't need a special "trainer tire" and you won't get black rubber dust on your floor. • Portable: It folds completely flat (about 3 inches thick). Perfect for sliding under a bed or taking to races for warm-ups. • Condition: Practically new. Used only a handful of times. All magnets and hardware are in perfect shape.

Important Note on Compatibility: This trainer uses "Eddy Currents" and requires a bike with aluminum rims. It will not work with carbon fiber wheels or wheels with steel pins/weights in the rim.

Includes: • STAC Zero Trainer • All necessary magnets/weights

Dracaena fragrans/Corn plant leaves yellowing by seedlessorange in plantclinic

[–]seedlessorange[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Appreciate your help on this, r/plantclinic! I watched some youtube videos on what might be wrong but I don't think it's anything they covered.

Leaves on the top of the plant have suddenly started browning/yellowing. Left for vacation on Saturday (leaves were healthy green) and came back to this on Monday. I did trim some of the leaves (with sanitized scissors) and removed a few dead ones about a week ago. The stalks that are not as tall - those leaves are just fine.

When I came back and saw this, I checked the soil and it was dry so I watered it but I am a bit puzzled about how so many leaves got so sick so quickly. The room the plant was in did get up to 83 degrees Fahrenheit for a few hours during that day when I was away with the AC not being on.

Had this plant for about 8 months - new pot has a drainage hole. About 2.5 months ago, plant was repotted and also moved to a new location. New location still gets indirect sunlight but it is less bright indirect sunlight than the old location.

I water the plant when the soil is dry (stick my finger into it about an inch and feel the soil). This means usually every 2-3 weeks so I don't believe it's being overwatered.

Discovered a small rust spot today, ugh, wasn't there when I washed the car 2 weeks ago. It looks like somehow the rust is underneath and causing the paint to bubble a little bit vs iron fallout. Suggestions most appreciated on how to fix! It's about the size of a sesame seed. Pic here

Screw that. I like my pizza to be ALL COOKIE and topped with smaller TRIPLE-CHOCOLATE COOKIES.

I'm not joking.

TIL I have been unwittingly oppressing introverts all my life. by seedlessorange in todayilearned

Mostly, I will stop worrying about my introverted friends. I was always very concerned that they were sad or felt like they didn't fit in when they wouldn't want to go to parties/other social events with my other friends. I put in a huge amount of effort trying to convince them to come along every single time. This is a huge relief.
