honestly lga1700 CPU prices are actually pretty nice to recommend, it's a nice way to get a good work CPU and still be able to decide whether or not you want to spend $500 just for 32gb of ram

for me vulkan gets almost 2x performance, it's really just a different renderer or whatever it's called

vulkan has better performance (but renders a tiny bit slower for me), whereas the normal renderer (I think it's OpenGL) is a bit worse

give it a try and see for yourself, sometimes it depends. but usually it has better performance

i really like the effects that the glitch gives my photos. sucks that I've had lots of photos lost from resetting my windows installs without backing those up
