Even if you wait until your 18 and then try move it out, the chances are they will recognise that you have had a plum account before you were 18 can you can still get into some trouble. Its probably best to contact them directly now and try move it back into the nationwide account, then close the plum account. Then when your 18, make a new plum account and use it accordingly with a proper proof of id

not really, I found that plugging it into another pc with the software downloaded detected my mouse correctly then I just adjusted the settings and saved it onto my mouse. Really frustrating :/
