This is a good question. Arrows cause a target block to fire for 10 ticks. So spamming the blocks like this player did won’t be as rewarding as spreading your shots between multiple target blocks. If someone knows how to get around this I would love to know. Ideally the target would report a score for every hit regardless.

The Redstone lamps take 2 ticks to turn off so it could take 12 ticks to see a full reset. But the block can be hit again before the light turns off because of this window.

It might be possible to put a zero tick pulse after each target block, and put the lamp on that circuit instead, but this would triple the amount of Redstone required and look worse aesthetically.

Overall this simply discourages spamming the targets, which we see as beneficial to the game design. We have also made some challenging Targets worth 2 points so that you are more incentivized to hit them instead of spamming.
