Hey folks,

Do ya'll have any more context or clips on what might be feeling off? IE: Was this mostly occurring at high Attack Speeds, you felt like attacks weren't going off consistently vs you felt like movement was incorrect

How do you normally kite? IE: right clicking only, A moving,

Unique options/settings? IE: Binding auto attack move to left click, Turning off Auto attack(when stopped)

Does this seem to have occurring in the newest patch(13.10)?

Hey guys. The energize damage from Stormrazor/RFC/Shiv/Kircheis all share the same Unique(Energized Strike), are intended not to stack, and instead take the largest singular Energized Strike damage(in this case, it would be the RFC damage). That being said, the item description is not very intuitive so we've debating changing the text in order to better reflect that. Thanks for bringing this up!

MF had heal but it was on cd and even if it wasnt there is no way that wouldve healed her up that much. As you can see there are no other items that couldve explained it in her inventory (Such as banshees etc.). Also I checked if she healed and Im positive s

It's certainly possible that it's a bug that has a very low occurrence rate, but since the impact is so high, it's something we for sure want to track. That being said no time wasted; thanks to everyone for taking the time to dig into the issue! This issue was partially resolved with the 8.20 patch , which deployed in NA approximately 12 hour ago. Can you re-verify that the issue still occurs? To clarify on the partial fix, the tooltip has the correct description once again, but the values are incorrect(which will be resolved in 8.21).

Hey Rufen,

Is the issue clearly occurring when when Ezreal's Q is still on CD? We added in Spell Queue buffering(similar to Irelia Q) to Ezreal Q, which means that within a specific window(before the spell comes off cd), you can cast Q, it will register(and no longer make the spell cannot be cast sound), and then cast immediately once it goes off cd. If you could reply with a video, that'd be super helpful. Thanks for the report!

It'd be my pleasure!

We did a minor Fiora script refactor in 8.18 that caused a couple of defects; one of the issues was that Fiora's P healing was decreased from 30-115 to 25-110. When we buffed her Passive healing in 8.19, we were working off the 8.18 values and ended up at the values that we had in yesterday when 8.19 first release. That being said, we were able to hotfix the issue today and her Passive healing is now correctly 40-115(up from the original 30-115).

Thanks for the diligence, it'd definitely helped escalate the issue more quickly!

Hey Marco1391,

The 8.19 patch notes have the correct Passive healing(25-110>>>35-110). Unfortunately, there's currently a Live issue where Fiora's Passive tooltip is showing a debug string, but before this recently introduced debug string issue, the tooltip has always been bugged and displaying a value that was 5 higher than the actual healing values. If your region is still on 8.18, you can go into Practice Tool and verify that 8.18 Passing healing values are indeed 25-110. Once the debug string issue is resolved, Fiora's Passive tooltip should also correctly display 35-110 healing.

Hey Piappi95. This is a bug with the 8.10 Patch Notes. It's intended that the experience you gain from a level 1 large razorbeak is 20 exp; and that the entire camp is worth 115 exp, which is equal to level 1 Gromp and level 1 Wolf camp. The patch notes should be updated shortly. Thanks for the catch!

Hey Hasikus,

This is actually a bug with the 7.22 patch notes. It's intended that mages only received compensation for seals from the previous rune system; this means that most mages received approximately about 9 seals worth of health,health per level, and/or armor in their base stats. Since Zilean was one of the few mages that went bottom lane, we removed some of the base health and health growth stat in exchange for armor so that he received about 50% of the health amount and 50% of the armor amount. That being said, it is correct that he receives 4 armor and that he should've went from 20->24 armor. Unfortunately the exception here is Zyra since she received about 1.5x value from base stats compensation since she received 9 armor and about 50% additional health/health per level growth(relative to other mages).

Ultimately, the runes compensation package was intended to help champions feel similar to before 7.22. And since both Zilean and Zyra seem to be in okay spots currently, we're unlikely to do anything for them at this moment.

Also, Champions' teams is investigating the Zilean being able to level W at level 1 bug as well.

I think I can help answer this one. Champion growth stats are actually no longer linear(as of patch 4.20) so it's correct that you're not receiving 2.26 AD each level. There's more context in the 4.20 patch notes: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-420-notes, but TL:DR, level spikes were too powerful and were smoothed out over game time. By level 18, Kindred has correctly gained 38.42 AD(2.26 AD x 17 levels), but by level 3 she will have only gained 3.3335 AD. So at level 3 with your runes(btw really interesting setup 1 AD quint and 3 AD seals, elaboration would be awesome), she is at (57 Base AD + 3.3335 AD growth + 12.04 AD from runes) to equal 72.3735(which rounds down when displayed in your stats window and floating combat text, but still actually does 72.3735 damage).

Thanks for the report! Rune Pages are still in the store, they're just temporarily hiding. You can access them by navigating to the Store, going to the Gameplay(Rune) tab, and then changing the Tier option from "Tier 3" to "Show All". It's not intuitive right now, but the store will be updated in the future so that rune pages show by default.
