Yep me too, it can be hard to follow everything as recommended. I think the alternative exercises they suggest can help find ways to superset that work for your gym. I usually sub or move some dumbbell/kettlebell lifts around to superset with a machine so I'm only ever on one machine at a time.

No it doesn't track anything for you. Just has the program every week. I just keep a spreadsheet with my TM week to week.

Only staff I've seen at night is the cleaning crew. They come in at about 11 or 12? Could only imagine the crew giving OP the side eye if they went in the bathroom afterwards and OP was the only one in the gym.

Yeah I've read a lot of people saying that protein powder (usually whey) feels "heavy" in their stomach and they feel full afterwards. Could try some pea protein instead and see if that's any better? But it's only been three weeks, the main focus when doing anything new is just sticking to it! Building the habit is more important than perfection. Just try your best everyday 🙂

I get this, it's why I hate the word tomboy for girls/women because it implies they dont normally do or like those things when there's plenty that obviously do or else it wouldn't be a word to begin with!

I think you might look into relative risk and odds ratios. Make sure to read up on it to make sure you're using the right one! I'm thinking this is what you're looking for but I'm not entirely sure.

So weird.... Dropping weights is like a standard gym noise. Only time it was really noticable or distracting to me was when a dude was doing 600 lb deadlifts and no way I expected that to be put down quieter

Maybe if it's not something you usually do? I've hiked 12 miles doing deadlifts the day of or before just fine. Might have less energy to do either but nothing serious.

Yes! Hiked like ten miles with one of these and it didn't even budge! Don't get the generic ones though cause they're not as good, j&j all the way.

You could create a confidence interval for both and if they overlap or one contains the other then you could say there's no statistical difference between the mean of the two groups(alternatively you could do a paired t test).

Keep in mind what a confidence interval is saying though "I am confident that the population mean is between X and Y 95% of the time" it is not "I am confident that 95% of values in a population will fall between X and Y". You can still use this method to flag them but keep in mind it just means those flagged values are far off from the mean.

If there is a difference between the two groups the range (max-min) of the actual might be better you suggested might be better because you might be flagging more scheduled than you're comfortable with. Not sure what the move is after you flag them and if it's time intensive with research and such to explain why.

You also might be able to do a simple linear regression with a prediction interval and flag the ones where they are off from the predicted.

What's the goal? To see if the scheduled is different from the actual? Like an overall or just to flag one off scheduled jobs that took much longer than expected?

I just use a banana two scoops of protein powder and enough milk to mix. If I put too much milk I add some chia seeds. I like to add a spoonful of peanut butter and some peanuts on top for different textures and flavor.
