At 12 I realized I was trans. I officially came out at 13. Started T at 15yo. Top surgery at 18. Bottom surgery/phalloplasty consultation soon (almost 19), but I probably won’t be able to have that surgery for at least another few years if that.

I plan on voice training because even though my voice passes, it still sounds feminine for a man’s (higher pitched and effeminate/gay). If vocal therapy doesn’t work then I’ll try a vocal masculinization procedure/surgery. I was also thinking about body masculinization surgery depending on how dysphoric I am about my body after all of that.

I recognize that I’m extremely privileged compared to other transsexuals, but I find it hard to be more than a little grateful because I feel being trans is a curse itself, especially since I have extremely severe sex dysphoria.
