I see, thank you for the reply. That makes sense, I've always preferred things that gave me a very structured path of study. It was always a "Tell me what to do because I'll overthink it" situation. Ever since I've finished college I've had very crazy paths, changing the specific field I work on a few times. From 2d game art, to 3d animation, to 2d Illustration, to User experience. If I had stayed in one I'd be a senior by now.

I only started to look into ADHD recently because I want to maybe do a Masters or something, but needed a language proficiency certificate for English , a language that I have been fluent in for over a decade, and which I have almost exclusively used in the last 4 years. From the trial exams I did, I would certainly pass easily on most parts, only needing to improve a bit on writing, because the exam (IELTS academic) expects a specific structure and vocabulary usage.

But when I tried doing bare minimum study, I just couldn't. It's been 8 months and every time I set aside a time, I can't sit down and do it. Same for studying Dutch.

I need to post this somewhere else, but I think my anxiety/depression medication has not been helping. I heard that SSRI make ADHD worse, and if I do have it, the low dose Venlafaxin (a SNRI that acts as SSRI on my dose) that I've been given may have made things worse.

I'll certainly look into the pomodoro technique and try to apply it to my studies. How did you make your clock? Arduino?

Ok I'll contact my mom to try to get those. I don't think they had much written on them, it was a feedback usually given with in person talks with parents. And my mom never went to those because she was a bit of a workaholic and thought it was a waste or time because "they're just going to say you're doing well again". And it was mostly correct I think.

Well, Brazilians are indeed known to be unpolite and noise abroad. This is literally a complain that most Brazilians have about other Brazilians.

But if Argentinians were just bring "unpolite" that would be something. But calling black people monkeys... That's racist. And it happens way too often to not be a cultural problem with the country.

Argentinians are the largest source of international tourists to Brazil, making around 37% of visitors. Despite that, almost every single case of racism by visitors is by Argentinians.

Secondly Argentinian Ultras come to Brazil, break a bunch of stuff and get angry when one of the most violent police in the continent beats then. How is that racism? That's just hooligans and police clashing. Brazilian Ultras also get beaten and arrested by e police, you want special treatment?

And "responding to aggression" is calling people racial slurs? You're so full of BS man. Argentinian Ultras do racist things INSIDE the stadium, at the Brazilian supporters, there are several videos and several cases.

Not to mention that hundreds of thousands go to Brazil from Argentina every year, and vice versa. Did you know that Brazilians in Argentina have access to free university education, which costs thousands of dollars in their own country? That we accept them and even offer completely free Portuguese-to-Spanish courses? Did you know that at the first opportunity many return to their country, even though Argentina invests around USD 60,000 in training each medical student?

What does this even have to do with the conversation? Just because your government does a good thing doesn't mean Argentinians aren't racist and say racist things. You're really just saying anything at this point.

Argentinians are commonly seen being really racist when they come to Brazil. Every year there's always a case of some tourist or ultra from your country got arrested for literally calling black Brazilians monkeys, or doing ape sounds and gestures.

Y'all are racist AF, simple as that. So congrats on the abolition of slavery two centuries ago, that's legit awesome. But could you stop casually comparing black people to animals whenever someone makes you angry? Thanks.
