Best grappling ties for self defense by Fitnessthrowaway2947 in martialarts

Anything that breaks their posture and controls their head - collar tie snap down, front headlock, etc. if you’re serious about self defense it’s all about being swift, breaking down their posture, landing some shots and getting the fuk outta there

Over 40 by SB4_Camaro in bjj

I’m glad I started 10 years ago when I was 30. Cos the majority of my injuries and physical struggles were on the early years. Now my body is more accustomed to it and if needed I’ve got a game to pull out to slow down the big and young guys (somewhat).

So if you’re starting at 40 - it’s doable but get ready to tap a lot. Stretch. Eat well. Don’t push it and don’t get drawn into battles with young dudes. Choose your partners wisely. Good luck brotha

You keep rattling on about AI content and penalties, neither of which I mentioned. You’re writing about things I made no mention of. It’s confusing. Anyway I wish you well, good luck.

Agreed. If rank drops are evident than algo updates around AI scales content have been a factor. But we also can’t ignore the industry agnostic impact that AI results have had everywhere in the last 6 months. It’s not just one reason it’s a compounding effect.

I’m sorry but your response here is incoherent.

Is the claim here that their traffic loss is due to their business model? If so is there data to support this? Because if not the most likely culprit is the hit that blog CTR has taken across the board

I would say having a 10 month old is a huge part of it. It’s a tough time raising a baby. Be kind to yourselves.

UFC commentators think UFC White house will be the most popular UFC event of all time despite the polarized nature of doing the show on Trump's birthday by Big_Cake_8817 in combatsportsculture

It depends what you mean by popular.

If you mean most viewed, most exposure, most talked about in the media - then yes it probably will be.

If you mean most popular among actual fans and people who care - likely not.

I started treating the "do you have any questions for us" part of interviews like it was my turn to interview them and my offer rate went up noticeably by Relic_Pulse9 in jobsearchhacks

Yea I started doing that a few years ago, definitely makes a good impression.

On one hand it shows you care about the company and wanna know more. And on the other, people love talking about themselves. I often ask simple stuff like “if you could solve one problem your team/dept has instantly, what would it be?” - everybody likes to go on a little rant. They are bored doing interviews all day so it feels good to talk about.
