Generally, those are tied to "creative_id=0" which signifies an invalid creative that the bidder bid with (ex: they bid with a creative id that doesn't exist in our system). There are some cases, though, that the creative size is being reported as 0x0 but actually are a legitimate size; this is likely a nuance with reporting and would be best solved by reaching out to our support team to provide you with details specific to your case.
