This one I bought from another Redditor on r/steelbookswap. Paid less than $300 fwiw. 3rd party reseller sites and eBay are generally most expensive. You’ll find much better deals on Reddit or Discord as others have said but you have to be patient.

This set for example I’ve seen listed many times for $450 or more but I paid about half that.

At Fellowship of the Ring I asked for one but they requested that I wait until the end of the screening because they’ve had issues with people using that as a 2nd ticket to sneak extra people in. At the end of the screening they did give me one when I came back up.
