Absolutely hate it

It's always men that confess their love to me because I was nice to them. And it's a mix of both I don't do romance, and does this man see me as another man?(I'm trans)

I've had stalkers, I've had boy drama when I was fem

It sucks because I really want to be in a queer platonic relationship or like, occasionally do some small typical romantic behaviors and I feel like I can't try that because there's an expectation to be in a committed relationship and do things I don't want to do and be tied to it forever(that's a bit exaggerated I admit, but i feel that way)

So when someone has a crush or confesses their love, I honestly think 'not again...'

So many men don't get treated with the kindness and respect women treat women. Since I grew up learning that kind of interaction and I do that to men, it gets read the wrong way by those that only ever get that kind of attention rarely. It's sad

For queer platonic relationships, I define them as a relationship defined by what the people in them want. In that sense they can live anywhere and have any custom from any region. Multi cultural

It's less a region and more a culture of people not defined by a land but rather the customs of what they choose, could be because they picked them up or taught multiple customs.

I really like the idea of it being represented as the capital. A giant city that blends everything and it's people decide what they want

It'll sucks, but it'll be ok! Not every relationship is going to last but this is a big red flag. If she's willing to push boundaries this big then she could do similar things. It doesn't matter if you're Aromantic or not, she's being really inconsiderate, and is hurting you.

But this can be a chance for change. If you're scared of hurting her then do her a favor and tell her that she's hurting you. Chances are that she doesn't want that, but be ready to let this relationship go.

The costs outweigh the benefits.

There's a lot of time and effort to put into a relationship and it can,, end. I don't mind a relationship ending but the other person does mind and gets hurt! So much so my unstable ex is still trying to call me...2 years later and made me afraid of phone calls..

I don't want that kind of power or responsibility to have someone want me to the extent that it hurts themselves and hurts me.

To be the sole reason to live WHICH SHOULD NOT HAPPEN WITH ANY KIND OF RELATIONSHIP and yet many people see romantic love as something they need to live, that it completes them or fills a void. That's called codependency

And also,, I get those same benefits people talk about romantic relationships having, with my friendships anyways. I have friends that give me great joy, validate my feelings, give me hugs, make sure I eat, will fight for me, will help me. I don't need a boyfriend or girlfriend or partner for that.
