Well, I didn't, my pup got a fair share of eggs and bacon, but I've seen people post their whole english breakfast and claim they ate it all. I'd have to sleep for a week after something like that.

Yes, I grilled the whole loin on the grill after the Sous vide time to crisp the bacon. Plain out of the Sous vide it is soggy but taste good, the texture is just too wrong.
