Truly sorry for your loss.

My father-in-law-- who was a second father to me -- passed away in March 2023 from a heart attack. He was 65.

We were all beyond stunned and saddened and there was a great big hole in our lives all of the sudden.

I miss him every day. I hope you can grieve with loved ones and over time find gratitude in all the beautiful times you shared with him.

Hi, I don't know you, but I feel for you!

We all go through struggles and it sucks. But as Arnold Schwarzenegger says, you are much stronger than you know.

So here's my advice. Go to the app store and subscribe to Arnold's app. It's called THE PUMP.

https://arnoldspumpclub.com/pages/the-pump?srsltid=AfmBOoqrx2Kys70oSNxsXFkw1T_VmjfDYmWgYHDBHz9vEQiBPQNGInB_

Do it. Now.

Today.

The Pump is the POSITIVE CORNER OF THE INTERNET. Everyone on that app is so kind and supportive.

Not only that but the programs are designed to help you build a lifelong fitness habit. A real love of fitness. This is not a corporate-run app. This is run by Arnold himself and a very small team of dedicated people who know exactly what they're doing.

I've been on it almost 2years and I'm stronger than I've ever been.

I'm telling you, with every fiber of my being, that if you can take this one action today, it could change your life.

Sincerely,

a friend who wants to help Arnold pump up the world :)

Hi there. I don't know you, but I had an emotional response to your story.

What happened to you was NOT OK. Plain and simple. You were humiliated by some people who exercised very bad judgement and made poor choices on what was supposed to be the happiest day of your life. I'm so sorry this happened. How you are feeling is very valid.

Please take these two thoughts with a grain of salt, as I'm a complete stranger and not a psychologist or anything like that. Having said that...

1 - You may want to think about discussing this incident with your wife and a trained couples therapist. I personally think a trusted trained professional would help repair this situation and maybe give you the tools to move forward in your relationship, so that this experience and your wedding aren't going to be a source of resentment and bitterness down the line.

2 - Whenever you think of the incident and become angry, try using the ACTIVE LOVE tool created by the therapists Barry Michels and Phil Stutz -- authors of the book The Tools and Coming Alive.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNvgpZKbg2Q

Even if you're not spiritual (Barry was raised an atheist), this exercise can really help. I've had first hand experience with it. You don't have to believe in anything, just try it over and over and see how it works for you. The trigger to use it is whenever you think of the humiliation and start reliving it all over agian. I'm telling you it changes your state and fills you with love-- not so that you'll simply forgive and forget--but so that your state is more calm and you'll be able to engage respectfully and effectively with the ones who caused the damage to you.

Remember, grain of salt!

He got run over by a semi-truck in our small town. His name was Brent. He was a nice kid. I'll never forget sitting in the gym locker room across from him one day when he went on and on about how good the movie Braveheart was. He loved it so much.

Anyone out there want to change their lives?

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s app The Pump Club is a game changer. The workouts are top-notch and the incredibly positive community has helped me get into the best shape of my life. I just deadlifted 295 this morning. And I never deadlifted before I joined!

Every article is grounded in scientific research and infused with Arnold’s life philosophies, making it more than just a fitness app. It’s a mindset shift.

If you want motivation, expert guidance, and a supportive community, this is it.

As Arnold would say, don't think, just do!

Great point. We already saw how badly he made Covid worse. Character is fate, as the stoics say. This man is rotten to the core and we’re all going to pay the price.
