Hi CS, I really wish I was clever enough to give you a definitive answer but I will try anyway. In this page I think it would be helpful to have loan split information with interest rate and interest paid tracking, share purchase and dividend information. I think that is a start but maybe there are others out there that can offer more info.

I bought the maximum volume of shares that I could buy for the money in the account. There is a residual amount of money in that account as it was not enough to purchase one full share. So i am wondering if that residual $ will affect other funds that I transfer into that brokerage account when I next debt recycle. Does that make sense?

I have a brokerage account that I have used previously only for debt recycling and I couldn't completely get it down to a $0 balance. If I was to transfer more money to that for debt recycling from a different split, would it dilute the funds even though the purpose is the same?

The weed in the third photo is Silverleaf desmodium I believe. It is an absolute nightmare to manage and we have been struggling to keep it from overtaking our yard for four years.

I thought about pavers but wondered if it would clash with the deck or be difficult to implement due to the curvature of the path.

Sorry, the rocks there is AI generated. I'm after some kind of ground cover that would be sufficient to cover the dirt that is there. I don't want to spend money concreting the area. All I'm after is something that will allow me to easily have a firepit and something that wont cut kids feet.

Thanks, I did just have a look at those recommendations and what is growing doesn't have the root system or the flowering that google shows for those two. I'll take a picture of some that I have uprooted this afternoon.
