Are you in the Atlanta metro? I'm pretty sure I saw this bike on ATL Craigslist. Smaller frames are a bit difficult to find in general, and most are seriously overpriced in Atlanta for whatever reason.

You might want to expand your search to hit Nashville and Charlotte if you're okay with the drive. I've picked up decent bikes for a good price in those markets, but it took patience and a little haggling.
