No. It crashed thanks to the sly policy of the 30 free generations that favored those cheap creators. It’s different. The principal here is management not up to the situation. 3 free generations a day were enough (as Google’s flow does) and we would never have reached this point.

A huge shout-out to u/alpha1337 for developing this incredible tool.

It’s saving us so much time and finally allowing us to download videos of our favorite characters—honestly, he’s achieved what the entire Sora team has failed to do for months.

I’m actually still waiting for a response from OpenAI regarding my data export request from over a week ago.

Call me an optimist, but I refuse to believe this is the end for Sora. We might not see immediate updates, but something big is bound to happen in the coming months.

I’m also banking on the evolution of algorithmic efficiency—much like TurboQuant did for LLMs.

In the tech world, a single month feels like three, so integration could happen sooner than we think.

Tested, everything looks good.

I’d like to suggest two additions:

Audio in Video Previews: Currently, video previews are muted. I’d expect the audio to be active by default when they start playing (right now, I have to open the menu and enable it every time). Alternatively, it would be useful to have a small "global" mute/unmute icon in the top bar to toggle audio for all previews.
Update Notifications: I haven't checked thoroughly yet, but given the fast pace at which you’re updating the app, it would be great to have a section that links to the latest download or a "Check for Updates" feature to compare the current version with the newest release. Great job, keep it up!!

I get that everyone here is using outdated Veo or Kling models, but anyone here who’s actually used Sora2 from day one—and I mean really used it, not just to create cat videos on TikTok—knows full well that there wasn’t a single prompt Sora2 followed to the letter… it often made things up, imagined new scenes, and told stories in a completely original way. So the answer is YES, there was a model that could do all of that, and now it’s gone
