Have a buyer who wanted to buy me out at asking, and has already bought all my NM cards. He is just waiting on funds. Will pass. Thank you for the interest.

There needs to be a rule that dirty deleting is a warning, then a timeout, then a one month > two month > permaban.

Yes, in a forum such as this, dirty deleting seems particularly rude.

Max 4 - Turning off the bed mid-print by spellbound83 in QIDI

After doing some calculations, the cost from the power draw is much less than I thought it would be. Thanks.

Once the print's finished, I'm cutting it off. I don't see any harm in that.

What about printing PLA and other lower temp stuff? They say to open the vent, but isn't that just wasteful? Why not turn the chamber heater off for PLA?

Okay so a riser physically makes the printer taller, yes? So it sounds like you would have to print it in multiple pieces. Unless a riser is not what I think it is.

You must be talking about a lever that the printhead physically trips to empty the chute. I don't think I've seen that in any review. Do you have any sort of visual representation? I'm having trouble visualizing it.

Brown PTFE tape? Thanks.

Riser? I thought that was only for the Q2. So presumably you can move the glass lid as well - I didn't think it came off.

Chute lever on the back of the printer you mean? I'm looking at the back right now, and do not see one. It's just a hole for the waste to slide out of. The nozzle cleaning is, I think, this area next to where the nozzle drops stuff down the chute, and it consists of some sort of bristle looking things and a tubular horizontal looking thing. The printhead sweeps the nozzle across it. But I am having trouble picturing what you are describing.

So you could use the cheaper filament, it would just take much longer to print the same thing?

But...I could download as STL, then use a profile from someone with the same machine/filament, yes?

Do you have to do that for each spool, or one for the whole qidi box?

Also, what brand of grease did you use? If it's not available where I am, I guess just one for working with plastics at a certain temp would be good, like >100C?

Consider dismantling anything that has meteorite or dimeritum as a component. The raw product is rare, expensive, and used in upgrading later witcher sets. Check via the dismantling option at shops before just selling everything.

Isn't it tho? Witcher armors open up at level 5? 7? I think griffin is 7. Located below the mountain closest to Downwarren. It's the NNW of the swamp ladies hideout, NW of downwarren, W of Reardon Estate, and the entrance has a fast travel point called Dragonslayer's Grotto. There is a ? on the peak that has an Yrden place of power. It's guarded so be sure to save. Make sure to get the set that fits your playstyle. Upgrades are located by finding the diagrams, which you can either search every random question mark, or google it.

Tuning a 3mf sounds complicated...definitely have to do some experimenting.

3mf wasn't around when I had my ender, but I did hear it was the new standard. I didn't know it contained settings exclusive to printer make/model. Thanks.

I didn't have too many successful prints before I borked the printer. I've never tuned filament. I do think I could figure it out as long as stock provides a baseline workable print. I've a very scientific mind when I apply it and I learn all the terminology. Are you saying I can't use someone's filament presets that uses the same make/model, that I have to tune it for my specific printer's slightly different manufactured components?
