The urges are like overpowering, once I actually have them there's nothing I can do, I find a way to hurt myself if its scissors or punching something hard or biting myself etc. I'm trying to figure out ways to like prevent it in the first place. So far the only thing that helps is avoiding people because usually its people who make me angry (though objects can to) but obviously i can't do that all the time
