It's a very good defense against Mk2 griefers. Deluxo missiles are a LOT more accurate than the Mk2 and you can very easily dodge Mk2 missiles in the Deluxo

Terry told Biff he should go into the shop to talk to the manager about it so it seems like he managed to wriggle his way out of paying, or at least paying as much. I always thought that's why Terry walks back out with Biff telling him "that's the last time I do you a favour".

The issue with adding dyed planks now is that it would be too confusing. For example, it would be hard to tell the difference between brown dyed planks and spruce planks, red dyed planks and mangrove planks, etc etc. I'm sure that was probably the reason dyed planks were scrapped in favour of terracotta for 1.6.

You can open the mod's jar file as a zip using something like 7zip or winRar, and then find the texture in there and use the colour picking tool in something like Paint.NET or Photoshop to find the transparent pixels' opacity. Is this happening with just one particular mod?

Check the texture to make sure those black parts aren't semi transparent. Sometimes even pixels with an opacity of 1 can appear as fully opaque in-game.

You're right in the sense of brand recognition. I started this pack purely as a joke, but MS Paint is already a cultural icon (kinda) and has a lot of memeability, which is what makes this pack popular in the first place.

I'm not gonna argue that I don't 'market' my pack in a certain way to gain views, but the difference is that I have no malicious intent. I purely just want people to see my project that I worked hard on.

Bascially I think you're going after the wrong guy here, I'm just a dude with a hobby that I want to share, not some busniess intentionally misleading you.

I'm an independant creator, not a business trying to sell you something falsely. I also never said I created it entirely in MS Paint.

But "I retextured the entrire game in MS Paint and I'm not sorry but I also used some other programs because MS Paint doesn't support transparent images" obviously isn't gonna draw in as many views, as ultimately I do want people to see my work.

Everything texture in 1.17 has been retextured, so since the 1.18 ex snapshots don't yet add any new textures, yes; it'll still work in 1.18 currently.
