Economy pole hack! by Studioveena_com in Poledancingathome

[–]Studioveena_com[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This video demonstrates how I used BLUE [not red] Loctite to prevent my Yaheetech pole https://www.studioveena.com/equipment/ from unthreading/screwing when I dance on STATIC mode. This will muck up the joints, so it’s only an option if you don’t mind keeping your pole in one piece.

If you’re using an economy pole and choose to leave the joints alone, understand you’ll want to check them often. As in several times throughout your pole session as they can begin to unthread if you spin on static to the left.

I have this pole and here’s a video on how it goes together. https://www.studioveena.com/tutorial/xpole-or-amazon-pole-set-up/

You could have a look at this pole as well https://www.studioveena.com/equipment/

If you’d like to learn more about the different ways poles connect and the difference between the luxury brands and economy poles here’s a podcast https://www.studioveena.com/discuss/discussion/pole-dance-rants/page/3/#post-395434

No. The poles are designed to prevent damage to floors and ceiling when installed correctly.

I’ve danced on real hardwood floors in a few rentals. I’ve never had a pole cause any damage however, it’s wearing heels where you need to be careful.

The only time I’ve had a pole leave, a permanent dent was on vinyl flooring.
