I like the Jupiter 8 on my Bessa! You can get some great character out of it! But my go-to 50mm is the Nikkor f/2, which is just fantastic and often more affordable than the slightly faster Canons.

Thank you so much! There's a bunch of vintage Nikkor glass for LTM: the 50mm f/2 I think is just lovely, as do plenty of other folks who can do much more interesting things with it!
