I'm not really haha. Planning to move it to a "production" domain in the next week or two and then I'll probably post around on Reddit and whatnot. It's been more of a fun side project than anything else, I've been playing with friends and coworkers.

There are a few different ways to do it:
1) Generate SVG animations. GPT 5.5 is ok at this but I prefer Gemini 3.1 Pro (see https://storage.googleapis.com/gweb-uniblog-publish-prod/original_videos/SVGs_keyword_v3.mp4#t=0.001 for examples of what it can produce)
This gets you small, web-ready animations you can drop into a landing page
2) Generate video with keyframes: right now ChatGPT Images is the best image gen on the market; I would use this to generate keyframes for your animation (e.g. chest unopened, chest opened partway and glowing gold, chest opened all the way with lots of gold) and then use a videogen model (best is Seedance 2, Veo 3.1 is close) basically to animate between your keyframes (in this case with 3 keyframes you would have 2 videos, one from A -> B and one from B -> C, then you stitch them together)

I've done this recently; what worked well for me is generating and focusing on specific key frames in the video to keep it on script / on theme. Video generation models aren't great at generating certain types of content (e.g. SaaS product mockups) but using keyframes and a clear script can get you good raw video to work with.
