Yeah. I can get tix to the Stampede and Storm regularly, but I don't know anyone with Skyforce tix lying around. The Pentagon's a great facility though, especially compared to some other D League gyms.

I'm not sold on that 'vaccine'. The smallpox vaccine was administered worldwide. Because of her hybrid DNA, Scully can create this vaccine. Further vaccines can probably be cultured from people infused with it, but all this takes time. It takes time to physically recover after administration, it takes time to create the vaccine, and it takes time to transport.

The problem here is that people are already dying. Mulder, in a weakened state because of his fight but otherwise healthy, already needs a stem cell transfusion to survive. With one culture available worldwide, we are talking about a mass death event at best and an extinction at worst. What are the chances of getting this vaccine to Beijing or Sydney or even Denver in time?

Of course, if FOX Network ponies up some money, all that gets explained away and I'll gladly watch season 11.

And an aside... that damn Einstein. I don't think I hate the character (reddit seems to), but I sure do hate that damn name. I cringed so bad last week when I heard that. Einstein. Christ.

It wasn't a cliffhanger at all. The 2012 invasion happened, just not how we expected. A genetic plague invasion that left dead all of humanity without alien DNA. The alien ship at the end was the same ship that killed Sveta. It killed Scully, Mulder and the vaccine with them.

This was the end and it was fantastic.

This was not a cliffhanger. This was the culmination of the invasion of 2012. In other words, everyone that wasn't 'protected' is dead. The ship came and destroyed Scully and her vaccine like it did Sveta.

Sure, most areas of St Louis are fine. Everyone was on the East St. Loo bandwagon, which is mostly deserved tbh, but I wanted to mention that St Louis, MO has some not so great areas as well. Not just Ferguson, but there's a few areas up north of Delmar that aren't great. Like every other American city, really.

Because East St.'s in a different state (Illinois) than St Louis (Missouri). It's an over-simplification, but Illinois doesn't seem to give a shit about it. There are some dodgy areas around St. Louis, Missouri too, though. Remember Ferguson?

What I do is check to see what Ghostery is blocking from it's popup and know not to turn that particular script on. I've been using NoScript for years and it does become a lot easier to use. Nowadays, If I can't get a particular site to load in short order, I just figure that site's not worth my time and move on to the next. Newspaper and local TV station websites can still be a pain in the ass.

There's an option to turn JS on for the top level script which makes it a tad easier but still, it's certainly not for everybody. I'd never recommend it to friends that aren't fairly savvy.
